Qodea Response
4yI really wish this post had some more detailed comments. It's got me wondering why you don't think that we have unlimited holidays, for example. And what kind of questionable moral behaviour you've seen from our board members.
A couple of comments back;
- Our holiday is unlimited in the sense that we don't cap you at any specific number - so you get to the end of the year at, say, 30 days and want to take a week off at Christmas - then do it. It means that our people aren't always "counting days". Of course, we need you to deliver your work so if you're taking so much time off that you're not covering your work load then you'll be asked to pull back on the holidays. Surely that's reasonable? We are a business after all.
- We 100% agree on the poor execution of merging companies. We acquired our Dutch business over 3 years ago and messed it up - we just we're organised enough. We've learnt our lessons and don't plan to have any more M&A any time soon!
- Money driven - yes we are. That's how we make our business work. But take a look at our companies house and you'll see that the profit we make gets reinvested into our business, making more jobs and investing our existing staff.
The final two points are hard to respond to without any context, but hopefully this helps give a more balanced view to anyone looking to find out what CTS is actually about.
