I joined the business in December, following an acquisition. In January, the organisation employed a new CEO - Alan Paton, which I believe was a good decision. Alan has had to spend a lot of time in H1 professionalising the business, building the appropriate structure and driving the right culture. I feel like the business is set up for success. There is a general buzz of excitement across the business, and we have diversified into new verticals and global markets, making Qodea a powerful business in the AI, Engineering and Security space. H2 is looking like we will break all records, for sales and revenue, and we are investing in market leading solutions. We seem to be recruiting the best talent, which will only set us up for success. I want to specifically call out the career progression opportunities in the business. My team have had endless opportunities to grow, develop and promote, which is great. Benefits seem very positive. Leave policies are positive, a great private medical scheme, pension scheme is great, and life cover is 4 x base salary!
