Pros
The interview process was intense and inviting, in the last 3 month I have found my new team and can not say anything bad about my property and team mates.
Cons
The training , there is a lot of information and yes lots of training classes, There should be one on ones with your new employees. I found that I was left to my own to do most of my training on my own a follow up would of been nice from senior management
