I applied in-person. I interviewed at QuadReal (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2025
Interview
1st step is HR phone screening interview, they asked basic questions for qualification; once this passed you will be passed on to the hiring managers for two more interviews. First interview with hiring manager was about general questions, and the second interview is deep dive interview, which have a long list of questions regarding your work history traced back to 5~10 years ago. I remember there were too many questions to go through so the hiring manager could not complete all questions. However he also invited two other managers who was going to work with this role closely to join the interview for a little bit.

HR was very helpful and responsive. Everything moved very fast at the beginning of the process. However after my last interview I had to follow up with them bi-weekly until I could hear back 1 month later.
