We will leave most of the response in place but add more specifics regarding our diversity. 1. Quadrant is a very diverse environment, we submit EEO1 report each year which we are open to share, as of most report filed, our employees were 27.3% White 11% Hispanic, 49% black and 12.7% Asian/other. 2. Quadrant has never had a complaint of sexual harassment. 3. Quadrant offers 4 weeks paid leave per year to our internal staff in addition to 13-18 paid holidays. 4. Quadrant has followed all CDC and OSHA guidelines related to Covid 19 We do have a written policy that we ask internal employees to sign, related to their obligations to keep co-workers safe and Quadrant's obligations for the same. 6. Quadrant does not and never has paid for a review. We bonus our recruiters when they receive good reviews from their contractors or applicants. 7. We offer 3 health insurance plans through Anthem, it is widely considered to be premium health insurance. 8. Our pay plans for internal staff far exceed industry standards. Our main office is a commission sales environment many of our staff have been here for greater than 10 years and enjoy working here as is stated in numerous reviews. We do work hard here I will not argue with that. We are typically amongst 3 largest contract staffing firms in our area. That status takes hard work to maintain. We do not work long hours but we do strive to maintain focus while working. We recognize are not for every person and not every person is for us. It seems that for some this creates really bad feelings. Speaking for myself I want you to know that I find something to respect about everyone I work with. I understand that it is not always reciprocated. This is a large company that is bigger than me or any single individual. I regret that your experience was so negative. I hope you find a better fit in the future.
