      Pretty laid back environment. As long as you get the job done without accidents or mistakes during the delivery, they leave you alone. Decent equipment. Company paid uniforms. Company has a lot of safety incentives.

      The pay was decent compared to what was available at the time.

      Cons

      Too many to count. The management fired people who spoke with the union, were sexist toward basically any female, spoke badly about employees causing a war between night and day shift.
