Pros

No pros to list at the current time

Cons

Do not be lured in by their 4 day workweek and high pay. This company will ruin you. Between their horrible onboarding/training and shoddy equipment you won't stay long if you have any care for your safety or your CDL. Training is 3-4 weeks long during which you'll essentially be the 'helper' for another driver IE you'll be doing the heavy lifting while he stands around scanning boxes and openly violating company policy stating things he does but you shouldn't do because "we're not supposed to". The person training me also decided to bypass open weigh stations, broke HOS regulations, texted while driving, watched movies while driving and was falling asleep at the wheel when he did drive. To my knowledge he is still employed despite me informing management of his conduct. Equipment is a mess. Most trailers are damaged, unsafe, not clean, have bent and broken parts, failing hydraulics and dying batteries. They love to declare "no ramps, liftgates only!" as a perk on their job ads but all of their gates are a safety hazard. You WILL hurt yourself working here eventually. Tractor maintenance consists of a carport with a Penske mechanic but not 24 hours. No fuel cards, Preferential slip seating. When I was hired I was told no tractors are assigned. Clearly not the case as specific drivers including my "trainer" had their specific trucks. Same for unloading equipment. Drivers would regularly hide equipment for friends taking them with them on runs when their friend was off to keep other people from using "their" equipment.

Pros

The pay was decent compared to what was available at the time.

Cons

Too many to count. The management fired people who spoke with the union, were sexist toward basically any female, spoke badly about employees causing a war between night and day shift.
