Brand new modern workplace, in the heart of Channelside. Coffee shops and restaurants in or in walking distance from the building. Average PTO. Discounted gym membership, salon and spa, etc next door.
Cons
The company is growing in a few departments in 2018. They acquired their sister company and let whole departments go, which doubled some of Quality's departments workloads. Only recruiting department and a few individuals are allowed to work remotely. You have to park in a 7 story parking garage shared with the other 5 stories of the building, which a residential occupants. Vendor sold food in break-room is twice as much as the gas station across the street. Overall morale in building is gloomy and depressing. You hardly ever see anyone laughing or joking around, appears most don't want to be there.
