Company directions has completely changed in the past six months and they’re clearing struggling to make money from their AI pivot Daily work is confused and directionless, they seem to just be fumbling along hoping they get money at some point The people who made this company what it is are all leaving quietly, so many big names jumping ship is always a red flag Disrespectful stance towards employees who give them feedback, actively sweeping everything under the rug Leadership is very much politics heavy with a lot of time spent patting each other on the back Engineers constantly treated as second class citizens RTO and recent departures have completely eroded any company culture Everyone seems completely checked out of their job
