Incredibly diverse group of friendly and intelligent individuals to learn with and from. Exciting projects that have often never been done before. Generally small consulting teams allowing all team members to be involved in projects from end-to-end. Learning on the job culture encouraged and experts from all levels willing to share their time. Very little internal competition as the companies growth results in new roles constantly being created. Direct and down to earth culture. Clients are generally senior mgmt in very well respected Australian businesses. Management that truly care and take time to get to know individuals strengths and goals and help shape their career paths accordingly.
Cons
As with most businesses that grow at such a rapid rate growth hurdles arise, however management is always open to feedback and quick to respond so problems are short term.
