Pros
Fairly flexible schedule/work from home options when needed. Competitive junior and mid-level salaries. A lot of smart people.
Cons
Canadian-based agency, currently with no US employees; only a US billing address. An absence of leadership and focus from the senior management team results in deficient/no strategy (or follow-through) for organizational growth. Senior management is blind to the mounting disengagement by the majority of employees, resulting in a toxic culture build-up. In addition, continued lack of billable work by a large senior team questions the sustainability of the organization.
