      Pros

      Wonderful colleagues below the Senior Management/Leadership Level. A real commitment to the mission of the library.

      Cons

      The Senior Management and Leadership levee is based on personalities. Promotions at this level are not based on performance but rather whether or not you will fit in with the other big egos. The change in "leadership" is no real change at all.

      Great staff that are supportive. The students are also a delight to teach.

      Pros

      The students taught during the summer were very smart and the supervisor at my site was always willing to help me with my questions.

      Cons

      Managing multiple children at once becomes a difficult task without a longer period of onboarding.
