11yThank you for taking the time to write this review, and we’re very sorry to hear that we weren’t able to meet your expectations as an employer. We always encourage employees to provide us with feedback in whatever medium they are most comfortable with, via our internal surveys, through Glassdoor, or even just by popping in to a manager’s office to talk. And, we do so knowing that not all feedback will be 100% positive (otherwise, how would we know how to improve? ). We’re very sorry if any of our requests for your feedback were misinterpreted. As well, you are correct that there is a value adding component to the role of a Questrade client services specialist, a common responsibility for many customer service roles in our industry. Ultimately, our goal at Questrade is to deliver as much value as possible to our customers, regardless of job title. Thank you again for your comments and we wish you all the best.
