      pay is good compared to local pay rates in my region

      Cons

      a lot of work in the content team is given on you and you have to report to a lot of managers. the middle managers steal credit and do nothing and top one just micromanages and changes everything having you rework again. you don't get promoted or raised but your manager always does. there is also a baise and some people are favorite for no reason

      Great group of people to work with. There was a true community for ICs.

      Upper management blaming middle management, when in fact, middle management is what kept everyone together. For the past 2 years leadership lost sight in what the brand is.
