Quorum does not required team members to add or remove pronouns from email signatures. We are committed to fair, equitable, and inclusive practices that respect individual choice. We also strive for transparent, consistent communication throughout the team member lifecycle and encourage open dialogue when questions or concerns arise. This includes transparency in employment documentation, and decisions are shared with appropriate context during exit conversations. Our anonymous hotline is also an avenue that can be taken, where team members can share their concerns to enable us to better improve our operations.
