Pros
Unfortunately can't think of twenty words of Pros. The only pro I can think is that I have nice immediate colleagues.
Cons
Currently over worked and expected to work even harder as a result of joint venture. Not flexible with staff yet expect staff to be exceptionally flexible to get excessive workload completed. Just treated like a number. Higher management have no people skills and no respect for staff resulting in low staff morale. Cost cuts resulting in loss of experienced staff. Extremely cramped working conditions.
