      Pros

      R2Net is going through an important period of transition at the leadership level, with a strong focus on improvement and addressing longstanding challenges. The team is friendly, welcoming, and collaborative and we offer quality product that employees can be proud of, which makes it a great work environment. There is a lot of potential and positivity around the future.

      Cons

      Some longstanding issues (though being worked on) still exist, which can be challenging. Examples are clear career paths for everyone, process structures, and a more cohesive and understood strategy across the company. I'd love to see more investment in employee development and career progression. In addition, there is a lot of industry change and challenges that create additional work challenges.

      Easy to get too, having your own desk & hour long breaks

      Cons

      Workload demands can sometimes feel overwhelming, and there are occasions where responsibility is assigned based on assumptions rather than confirmed facts. Improved communication and fact-checking processes could help prevent misunderstandings. Communication between management lacks consistency, as different managers provide varying instructions or expectations. When errors occur due to unclear or conflicting direction, responsibility is often shifted to staff. Additionally, while language differences with some fulfillment managers can occasionally create minor communication challenges, they are generally manageable depending on the person.
