You can be the best in your field and have all the data and insights in the world to support a decision/strategy/suggestion AND have others agree with you but you will get knocked back because someone higher up wants it a particular way One department basically runs as a separate business that can do whatever they want and even though this has been brought up with people and culture nothing changes or improves with it Agile for this business means do a bunch of random activities in a very short timeframe without a plan in place to support them and call it continuous improvement No opportunity for career progression Bullying culture is constantly covered up by People and Culture, who will tell you to just change your perspective and access therapy...
