      Pros

      Very relaxed company. People take leaves without even giving notice to their managers sometimes. Hybrid work environment.

      Cons

      Processes are stuck in time. Like 10-15 years old. It seems no improvement has been done in last 10 years. Sourcing HR sucks. Try to hire using them. They exist to make your life difficult at every point. Big Egos. A few times I have been to office, I was disappointed. it's not the best looking office in this area.

      Great benefits, vacation and the opportunity to join cross functional teams.

      Cons

      Some areas such as HR still need to be de-siloed in it's thinking in order to join in on the company's overall collaborative approach to solving problems.
