      Apenas a remuneração, (salários e benefícios). Colegas de trabalho dispostos a ajudar, ambiente para novos relacionamentos com setor hoteleiro.

      Cons

      Não existe nenhum tipo de desenvolvimento. Mau tratamento por parte da gestão. Falta de organização, falta de incentivo e valorização. Ambiente estressante.

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with and the training provided is wonderful. RCI cares about the health and well being of their employee as well.

      Cons

      The only con is lay offs due to reduction in force.

      Pros

      Work with good people. The higher up management aren't great, but supervisors mostly help you a lot. Stressful, but the sales rpm or rates are unrealistic. Sometimes u just don't get sales and u will get fired.

      Cons

      Great people. Pay rate is ok if u get enough sales.
