    Pros

    free food
    free ice cream
    contests

    Cons

Pay is very unstable - no where do they tell you that the "compensation plan" is 10.65 an hour and you only make 14 if you can get one confirmation every 8 phone calls until the LAST day of the 8 week training. That is an unrealistic goal when you are taking maintenance fees, password resets, deposits and listening to members complain all day. THEN the extra "compensation" you make is categorized as a bonus instead of hourly pay so it gets taxed more.

    Advice to Management

have better communication people should know how the pay works before you out them through training, instead of spending money on training people who quit as soon as they find out how the pay works.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at RCI Exchanges full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I've been here 6 years. Great benefits. I get free vacations and enough time to use them. The pay is good if you can earn some of the bonuses, which most people who stay with the job can do. Attendance expectations are so easy to maintain I honestly can't understand how people fail to keep their points up.

    Cons

The job is not for everyone, you have to meet goals that require that you learn how to efficiently help the customers. You need to be able to deal with members even if they're angry or frustrated.
