Amazing people to work with and the training provided is wonderful. RCI cares about the health and well being of their employee as well.

The only con is lay offs due to reduction in force.

Work with good people. The higher up management aren't great, but supervisors mostly help you a lot. Stressful, but the sales rpm or rates are unrealistic. Sometimes u just don't get sales and u will get fired.

Great people. Pay rate is ok if u get enough sales.
