      No internal promotion - hire from outside Cliquey TL's who do not listen to feedback. TL's do not want to take escalated calls resulting in angry customers Low benefits

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with and the training provided is wonderful. RCI cares about the health and well being of their employee as well.

      Cons

      The only con is lay offs due to reduction in force.
