      RDO Equipment provides some excellent quality products to its customers. Regional Management team seemed to truly seek efficiency and quality regardless of how big or small someone's role was.

      Cons

      Local store organization left much to be desired.

      Pros

      Friendly local teams. Most common staff were easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Family owned means they are sucking all the profits out to themselves, board members and executives. Executives are treated liked royalty. Overall terribly run organization. Gross adherence to loyalty.
