Pros
Pay and PTO time is great. Nice facility and the product lines are great.
Cons
In the past 8 years we have gone through 7 General Managers and Fargo management wonders why market share is down along with service volume. This is all impacted by the turn over. In 2014 we replaced the following good employees. Two service managers-Five salesman-One parts manager. The customers and the community have lost all faith in management out of Fargo. This has forced our customers to move towards Cat&Case&Ford New Holland.
