      They like to get involved in community projects Small company feeing for a very large company Everybody works together as a team

      It seems that GM is not in touch with employees and there is not much respect for the GM from the employees!

      Pros

      Friendly local teams. Most common staff were easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Family owned means they are sucking all the profits out to themselves, board members and executives. Executives are treated liked royalty. Overall terribly run organization. Gross adherence to loyalty.
