      Pros

      There is not one benefit received from working for this company. New people are hired in at a higher rate, only the top 10% of qualified DCs receive a bonus, and the majority of jobs pay minimum wage, but when you interview, they tell you that the average DC makes $15 to $17 an hour. This is not true.

      Cons

      Inefficient business managers at every level. The top tier have never walked in our shoes and do not understand the process, so they make very poor decisions which affect the field in a negative way. If you speak up, they just ignore you and do not respond.

      Pros

      Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
