I've been with RDS Solutions for almost 90 days, and my experience has been a positive one overall. Like any new position, it took some time to get acclimated to this style of work, and there was definitely a learning curve. Initially, I had some challenges with feedback, but Patrick stepped in and has been my go-to resource ever since. His guidance and willingness to help have made a real difference in my confidence and performance. I also want to recognize Shaun for being an awesome source of support throughout my onboarding. Having a team that's available to answer questions and provide encouragement has helped me become more comfortable and capable in my role. If you're willing to learn and give yourself time to adjust, RDS Solutions provides the support you need to succeed.

I have not received any real information/feedback from HR since onboarding or upgrading to full-time.
