Pros
Working at RDS has been a great fit for me. The flexible schedule makes it easy to balance work with my personal life, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone is supportive, and the work environment is positive. Overall, it's a good company that works well for my needs.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming because there's a lot to learn and it's hard to know what to expect at first. My territory manager position was also in transition when I began, which made things a little more challenging. Once I was assigned a territory manager, communication and support improved significantly.
