We are grateful for your candor. There is definitely some important information we wish to share with you. We’ll provide a few highlights here, but encourage you to reach out to talk with us in more detail directly. All of our Data Collectors, both full time and part time, are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan upon completing 6 months of service and 750 worked hours. We currently offer an employer match of .50 on the dollar up to 4% of employee deferral. All employees are eligible to participate in the Stock Purchase Program after 1 year of service. Data Collectors are also eligible for quarterly bonus tied to certain clearly defined performance metrics. Regarding overnight/travel assignments, the company arranges and pays for Data Collector airfare and hotel accommodations, and employees are reimbursed for meals and receive travel premium compensation for that work. We would be happy to provide you with more details. If you are interested please contact the Human Resources dept. We certainly value our employees feedback and want to make sure that our employees are aware of and are able to take advantage of our different programs when eligible.

Pros

Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

Cons

Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
