Hours - as long as you get the work done you are free to work whatever hours are best for you Independence - there's no one hovering over you while you do your work
Cons
Communication is lacking - there is no reason given for some of the company's practices and each department seems to do their own thing without communication to the people in the field My time is not valued - there have been many instances where I arrive at the location where I need to collect, only to have the job not ready and I am not paid for the time I am sitting there waiting for them to release the jobs Pay is not great It seems that management has the belief that when they need something from you, they need it now, however when you need something from them it's whenever they get around to it, if they do
