Pros

All the coworkers I’ve met have been amazing, the flexibility is great, mileage reimbursement,

Cons

The pay tier system they have gives a misleading image of the pay, You maximize your speed halfway through and your paycheck continues to decrease until you “graduate” the program. This could really hurt employee retention rates. The pay lowers quite a bit in the end. They also don’t give raises or any PTO. Some of the jobs don’t pay for themselves. The due dates for jobs are a little frustrating. Should be a Sunday- Sunday system . If you have a full schedule there’s no wiggle room if something comes up. I also had virtually no training.

The Research Associate role has 2 distinct benefits -- the incredible flexibility to the work schedule and the productivity based pay program provides unlimited upside for the associate to grow/increase their hourly pay rate. We regularly review effective wages of our associates as well as market pay levels across the country so that we can stay competitive. The part-time Research Associate role is not eligible for paid vacation, however we do offer sick leave accrual, 401k plan with match upon completing 750 hours worked.

Pros

Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

Cons

Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
