      Pros

      I love the flexible hours, and it's pretty cool that I can complete my lists faster with each passing week.

      Cons

      The lists tend to be really repetitive. As easy as it is to find items that I've been scanning every week that I know where they are, there are times when I feel like I'm not being challenged. But then there are weeks where my lists have a boatload of items in a particular section (mainly cosmetic items), and it can come off as intimidating, especially if I'm unsure if the particular brand(s) is actually carried by the store.

      Thank you for your review. Lists are based on client needs. The repetitive nature of the work helps associates increase speed, which increases their effective hourly pay rate.

      Pros

      Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
