Work environment which cliques are common, lack of effective management & organization skills from management & seniors/in-charges, work/life balance, little/no recognition for those who work hard & put in their best effort as possible. Also favoritism is evident from managers & in-charges. Lack of professionalism & professional demeanor in the dept.
