      Pros

      They offered good compensation for background/skill set.

      Cons

      In a top-level position, they did not allow you to report to the actual people you are working for. They require you to report to another person or persons who don't even know you and can live in a completely other state. I was completely micro-managed on a daily basis.

      They tend to get a lot of small clients and redw has gotten to big to support them at a good cost.
