We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your employment experience. The HR world is a quickly-changing environment, and we keep abreast of all employee regulations and laws. REHAU offers many training programs and support for tuition reimbursement for employees to develop and take on different roles. Also, as a global company, we see REHAU as one large team (which is great for opportunity across the world!). As a German company, many of our systems and technologies essential to our US operations are developed in Germany, and this occasionally necessitates the need for our German colleagues most familiar with these systems to be transferred to the US.
