7yWe are sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with REHAU as an employer at the moment. At REHAU, it is important to us that our employees feel supported and treated fairly. We strive to provide a nurturing work environment with a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes flexible work life balance opportunities, career path mentoring, and management training programs. However, due to the size of our organization we do have fewer management layers to move into. On the flip side, our structure allows us to provide more opportunities to get exposure to a very broad range of products, projects and areas (depending on your specific job). This broad exposure is seen as a clear advantage by many colleagues compared to other companies. In REHAU, we provide also a very direct access to top management. This enables our employees to make direct suggestions for improvement and discuss them with the decision makers.
