Flexible with good pay and high quality internal management. Great opportunity to get a foot in the door with larger manufacturers and grow professional skills.
Cons
The benefits aren't phenomenal. They do have health insurance(with HSA and comany match contribution), dental, vision, and 401k. But they don't have paid maternity/paternity leave
