Pros

Ok place to get a start in an industry/company if you’re coming out of school and can’t find much luck at the big name brands. Also a more relaxed place to pick up some extra consulting work after a retirement.

Cons

You can do better working directly for whatever employer you’re contracting under if they’re a big name like CAT or Deere. There will probably be days you have to make up or be forced to take time off when the customer company has a holiday that RFA doesn’t recognize. You’re given notice ahead of time to plan but it is what it is, a headache. If you’re interviewing for a position here definitely ask to have them explain this alignment between RFA and customer calendars/policies a bit more. It’s the number one thing people complain about, especially around the end of year. It’s understandable they have to balance the needs of many customers, but it is what it is, a bit of an annoyance.
