Pros
The RFA staff are a pleasure to work with. Small company feel with big company benefits. The CEO and the local Supervisor make regular visits to engage the offsite employees and see how they are doing.
Cons
The main office is in Minnesota, so the relationship is long distance. It is a small company, so upward movement is hard to come by. Raises tend to happen only when their billing rate can go up.
