Pros
Sufficient benefits - medical covers hospitalization, 1-month window for claims, motor vehicle allowance, outdoor parking (need to queue though, it took me a year to finally get a spot) & salary comes in on the 22nd of every month without fail. Yearly bonuses.
Cons
Pay is lower than market value albeit with benefits. Forget about advancement if you're stuck with managers who are all about their own agenda. They say they'll listen but whenever they ask you to share, they end up talking more than you ever get to.
