      Local colleagues are good. Convenient office location.

      Cons

      High turnovers, especially valuable staff at HQ Austria have left ever since merger took place. Messy complicated hierarchical structure. Employees in another country got their annual salary increment. But there’s nothing for this RHI company in my country. Nothing heard from HR Austria. Local HR is powerless. Workload increased due to merger. We work hard and are not appreciated. It’s complicated. No matter how good we are, nobody cares.

      - Global mobility for expanding and meeting personal career goals - Very strong communication from regional and global heads across many different business areas -Clear focus on employee engagement and keeping employees informed on status of company and strategy moving forward -Strong on-boarding program -Very remote-heavy
