      Extensive training, highest income potential in the industry, tenured management team, work hard play hard culture.

      Cons

      Training might be viewed as too extensive (and never-ending) by some, aggressive metrics-driven environments aren't for everyone. Understand what you're getting into before joining.

      Pros

      Exposure to a lot of projects, good pay, nice people. Paid overtime billed to clients, that's awesome. Overall it is what I expected from a professional services company, the only weird cool thing is I get paid weekly.

      Cons

      I really have not experience a major con, they are wishy-washy on paying mileage to or compensate drive time to clients.
