      Lots of hardworking people & good discount

      Cons

      RIXO has a very poor business structure, with management constantly reversing decisions and creating ongoing instability. Despite staff being experts in their fields they are not listened to or involved in decision making.

      Pros

      good discount and a nice team, general nice working environment

      Cons

      lacking health and safety training- steep stairs and handling heavy deliveries. Lack of manager support during busy periods on the shop floor, and not much opportunity for progression.
