Breve pensavo di morire prima ma molto chiaro e specifico consiglio dove ho visto gente in gamba con senso del dovere puliti e lavati a sedere e non in piedi

Interview
I went through a two-month interview process for a senior creative role that was slow, inconsistent, and poorly managed. Communication dragged on, with several follow-ups needed just to get updates.
My first interview started 15 minutes late and was cut short. Later stages required a detailed creative task and in-person presentation, both of which took significant time and energy. After submitting my task — clearly marked as original and copyrighted throughout — I later saw elements of it appear in RIXO’s public content.
Feedback at the end directly contradicted earlier praise from the founder, and the role was redefined after final interviews, showing a lack of internal clarity. Overall, the process felt disorganised, disrespectful of candidates’ time, and intellectual property.
Advice to Management:
— Respect the time and creative energy that candidates invest.
— Do not use or reference candidates’ work without permission.
— Improve internal alignment before hiring and communicate transparently throughout the process.
— Structure interviews professionally and start them on time — these details matter.
Overall, a very disorganised and unprofessional interview process – candidates deserve better.

Interview
Two stages, both with one of the founders. I found the experience really positive. Henrietta was really kind and personable and I was impressed that she had taken the time to do the interviews for the role
