That’s why we’re sorry you experienced frustration over salary levels and some of our responses to ideas and change. Our rapid growth over the past several years has created many challenges that we are working toward improving. Change doesn’t happen overnight and we are in the process of reviewing the issues you have raised to continue to explore how we can remain competitive and value and implement new ideas that can benefit our team members and the company. We are sorry to hear that you feel our pay may not be adequate. One of our primary objectives is to have a total compensation package that is competitive and sustainable for a healthy company. Our family focus means that providing exceptional benefits for the entire family is part of our core values and at a time when many employers are cutting benefits or shifting costs to employees, we have successfully maintained benefits that are in the top 2% of employers in our region. We believe our total benefit and compensation package works well however we are aware that it may not be ideal for every team member or situation.
