Training was very lackluster. They quit giving raises every year.

Being offered benefits, PTO and not working weekends.

Everything else is not worth it if you can find anything better. The coffee is disgusting, your provisioning takes forever, your badge won’t happen for weeks. Feedback is given if negative only, office supplies are non existent (I was told to bring a notepad and pen for my training). They expect you to arrive earlier to login to everything but don’t pay you for your 1h+ extra wasted hour of your week. No wonder why everyone prefers the lights off, employees are depressed, unmotivated and would rather not make their time even more painful and unpleasant than it already. Will fire you for no reason and you won’t see it coming either. PS: Don’t fall for the “we’re family” shpeal, that’s just another way to exploit and manipulated you.
