Pros

Amazing culture and they really do live and breathe it. Generous leave policy, wellbeing allowance plus lots of other benefits. Very nice office and good location and easy to get to off M4 but i'm also able to work from home. Great size where you won't get lost like I have experienced twice before in much larger organisations. You can easily develop and I've progressed in my career significantly since joining. The managers I have worked with have been trusting in me plus they have helped me move forward to improve. I have been given access to technical training materials and certifications and I have been able to achieve a few of these. Really friendly and supportive people everywhere with a flexible worklife balance and lots of social activities which is probably the biggest pro.

Cons

Limited cons, perhaps more engagement could be had between teams. It's very fast paced which I really like

Pros

- The company genuinely champions growth. If you’re someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and make a visible impact, this is the best environment for it. - Leadership encourages people to improve things, not just maintain them. You’re trusted to rethink processes, build new ways of working, and take on projects that directly influence how the business operates. - The variety of work is incredible. It’s a rare place where you can build a broad skillset quickly. - There’s a strong culture of collaboration. Teams are open to feedback and willing to jump in to help solve problems, even when it falls outside their usual remit. - The company is investing heavily in tools, reporting, and process automation. It’s exciting to be part of a business that’s modernising and taking efficiency seriously. - You feel your contributions matter. When you fix something, improve something, or build something, it’s noticed and appreciated.

Cons

- It’s a fast-paced environment, so you need to be adaptable when priorities shift. It’s not a “coast through the day” kind of place. - Some processes are still being upgraded or rebuilt due to growth, which means you have to be comfortable working things out as you go.
