ROCK (UK) interview questions

I was originally told I would have two interviews, then this was changed to three at the second interview. I had to wait for a week after the first interview to find out if I’d got a second interview (and only then after I chased them up about it). Had to wait a further two weeks after the second interview to find out that I hadn’t got the job (and I had to chase them up again). The job description did not specify experience was required of supporting a sales team, or that it was a “sales target based position”...yet these were apparently the reasons why I was unsuccessful in my application. I would not recommend applying for a role with this company, they do not appear to base their assessment of your suitability for a role,on the actual job description they supplied. Companies who treat their job applicants like this should be named and shamed!

Idiotic process for interviewing at this company. Really confusing process, no idea what they were trying to achieve with their processes and techniques. They bragged and bigged themselves up - wasted my time!!
