There are a few different things that I love both working in my role, and working for ROK Financial. - Building a brand surround with good and honest people. In my role I manage different partner relationships with a wide range of financial professionals. we always have one main thing in common, we are on a mission to help small businesses grow. - People that I work with along with all of my colleagues here have a similar mission in mind. We all want to expand our personal brands and influence businesses to make education financial decisions in their lifetime growing. - We have a work environment here that allows us to be personal but professional at the same time. - The work that I do allows me to grow both inside and outside of the workplace - I have time to come in early and stay late and still manage my time outside of the workplace very well. - The time that I invest into the company is invested right back in me/employees
Cons
- There are of course going to be people that are not a good fit for what we offer. We try out best to cater to every type of company/business but there are some people which we have to say no to that is not easy. - You get what you put in, the harder I work the more I am rewarded. Nothing bad about that, just have to work hard in order to see success
